What are your requirments?
1. You must be 18 years or older to rent a vehicle.
2. Have a valid drivers license.
3. Carry an active insurance policy.
4. Have a major credit or debit card to put on file.
How does the booking process work?
It's done in 3 simple steps.
1. Choose the vehicle you desire and the dates you'd like to rent the vehicle.
2. Send us a photo of your Drivers License and Insurance card to our email or via text message to our company phone number listed below, and await for us to verify coverages. If an adjustment is needed on your policy, we will assist you in increasing your coverages for the rental period on a quick phone call with your insurance agency and should cost no more than $20/day.
3. Sign your rental agreement via email on your desktop or phone/tablet, pay for the rental, and pick it up!
What are your insurance requirements?
We require all renters to hold a valid and active full coverage insurance policy in their name. The policy must have comprehensive and collision coverage, property damage liability coverage that matches the MSRP of the vehicle you would like to rent, as well as uninsured / underinsured coverage. A Houston Luxury Car Rental representative will help you with any needed adjustments.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as American Express, Mastercard, VISA, and Discover. We also accept cash and Zelle transfers. For purchases over $10,000.00 , we only accept wires. Please do keep in mind that no matter your method of payment, we do require a credit or debit card on file.
Do you offer delivery?
We currently only offer delivery to returning clients - but it is free! We deliver to IAH, HOU, and all major hotels within the Houston area.
Why is a security deposit required and how much is it?
A security deposit is required in case renters go over the daily mileage restriction of 100 miles/day, (you can pre-purchase miles for a cheaper rate to avoid these fees) bring the vehicle back low on gas, or damaged in any way. All instances are included in the rental agreement. Security deposits range from $500 to $2,000 , depending on the vehicle and the duration of the rental.
Do you offer long-term rentals?
Yes! All vehicles are available for long-term rentals. We offer daily to multi-month rentals. Please contact us for more information!
Do you allow vehicles out of the city, state, or country?
No, vehicles are not allowed out of the country or outside the state of Texas. Vehicles are only allowed out of the city of Houston as long as approval is granted from a Houston Luxury Car Rental representative.
What is your refund policy?
Reservations are only fully refundable within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations can only be rebooked and not refunded. There are no refunds on unused rental days or mileage if vehicles are brought back early or under mileage.
Do you offer insurance?
Unfortunately we do not offer insurance coverage at the moment. We are working on providing this service to our clients very soon. Please contact your representative for more information.
